First and foremost the flowers were absolutely beautiful. My wife couldn’t stop commenting on how great they looked! Second, the customer service was terrific. I made a typo in our address when I placed the order and was pretty nervous about that. However, when I called the person I spoke with was very pleasant and helped me get the address updated without any hassle at all. Finally, I placed a same day delivery order just before 5pm and they were in my wife’s hands by 6:30. Tough to beat that.
